1.About Shipping
Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours after receiving payment and it is expected to arrive in 2-3 working days. Orders placed after 9 am on Saturday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
2.Damages and issues
We hope you have a pleasant shopping experience at Herb Spirit, but in the following rare cases, we are willing to provide a full refund or reissue a replacement product to you:
-If your order is lost during shipping.
-If your order is being damaged and affects its use
It is our responsibility to provide detailed product information and ensure that the products are intact and in brand new condition when they are shipped. But in the following cases, we are willing to provide returns or exchanges without responsibility for postage:
-If the product packaging is damaged during shipping
-If you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason
For other specific situations, please contact us by email for a negotiated solution.
3.About returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of the purchase.

After we receive your refund request, you are expected to receive your refund in about 5-7 days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us by email.
And please note that all returns, exchanges and refunds should be submitted within 30 days. We are sorry that we will not be responsible for any losses outside this period.
