Return and Refund Policy

You are free to return this item for any reason (including change of mind) within 30 days of delivery, however, please note that this item can be returned for either:

(i) The return delivery charges will be applied to you if the item is not faulty.

(ii) If you only return the product, you get a full refund. If you need to exchange, the refund will be the amount minus the shipping cost.

We hope you have a pleasant shopping experience at Herb Spirit, but in the following rare cases, we are willing to provide a full refund or reissue a replacement product to you:

(i) If your order is lost during shipping.

(i) If your order is being damaged and affects its use during shipping.

(ii) If your order is missing part, wrong, or faulty

Please choose carefully. Returning bulky items is a tenuous affair for customers and retailers alike.

Please familiarize yourself with the following conditions as they are central to our service and strictly observed:

●You must notify us of your intention to return an item within 30 days after you received the item.

●The item must be returned to us in new and un-used condition;

●The item must be completely re-packaged to its original wrapped & packaged state, ready for re-sale;

●All tags and labels must be in situ and ‘unremoved’;

●The item must be complete with all parts.

●All returned items are inspected to ensure the above (please allow 5 days);

●Upon successful inspection pass, you will be refunded within 5 working days.

●Door-to-door delivery charges are non-refundable.

Please use this address as the return address. We will not process refunds for failure to receive the item due to incorrect address or personal reasons of the customer. Thanks for the cooperation.

Return shipping fee:

Any shipping costs paid by you or charged to you are non-refundable.

ITEM IS DAMAGED / FAULTY / WRONG / MISSING AN ITEM

Please provide us clear pictures of any damaged, faulty or wrong products / clear description of the missing part and contact us via email herbspirituk@gmail.com, along with any details of your purchase, for an exchange or refund within 14 days if the purchase is within warranty period.

Please allow 2 business days for a response from our Customer Service team.

Cancelling your order:

We're really quick at packing your order up which means we can't cancel once you've placed it. However, you are allowed to change the delivery option and delivery address within 2 hours after completing your order. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund in the form of your original payment. Please keep in mind that it will also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be fully processed.
